Smoky Mountains Personal Care provides personal assistance, part-time caregiving, elder services, home organization, pet sitting, house sitting, and related non-medical services in Sevier County, Tennessee.

1.1. Service Limitations

  • Services are not available outside of Sevier County, Tennessee.

  • We do not provide babysitting or full-time caregiving.

  • We do not offer medical, nursing, or emergency services. If you require medical assistance, contact a licensed healthcare provider.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Website or our services, you represent and warrant that:

✔ You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

✔ You will only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

✔ You will not misuse our services or Website in any manner.

3. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

3.1. Service Rates

    • Hourly Rate: $38.00 per hour (temporarily reduced)

    • Travel Charge: $0.50 per mile

    • Minimum Engagement: Three-hour minimum per session

    • Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 fee applies for cancellations without at least 24 hours notice

    • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice

    Rate Disclaimer: The rates listed above are standard rates. Certain services may require a higher hourly rate due to factors such as:


    ✔ Timing (e.g., holidays, weekends, after-hours)

    ✔ Duration of service

    ✔ Nature of the services provided

    ✔ Extraordinary travel time or special accommodations

    Any adjustments to pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered.

3.2. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, PayPal, Venmo.
  • Sorry, checks are not accepted, and exact change when using cash is expected
  • Service Charge: All payment methods, except cash, incur a 5% service charge.
